Technologists from BOBAL attended the international exhibition SIGEP in Italy.


On 18th January 2014 opened doors the 35-th edition of SIGEP - one of world's biggest exhibitions for production of gelato, pastry, confectionery and bakery.   


The exhibition presented the new trends in the production of raw materials, supplements, machinery and all kind of equipment for the preparation of pastry, cakes, chocolates and ice-cream.


Our colleagues had the opportunity to meet companies manufacturers of raw materials, decoration products, seasonings and flavorings for cakes, chocolates, gelato, as well as producers of machinery and installations destined for confectionery and bakery production process.
